At Rivko Threads, each item is made to order especially for you through our print-on-demand production partners. Because of this, we have a limited return policy.


Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect colour selected at checkout
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Minor placement differences within normal production tolerance

Please check our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process your claim, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • Free replacement
  • Full refund
  • Partial refund (where appropriate)

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after purchase. Cancellation requests can only be accepted if production has not started.

Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
